Refund and Returns Policy

At Workwearcarrick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are included

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at info@workwearcarrick.ie with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? No problem! Just contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Clearance/sale items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order info. We’ll sort it quickly — either by refund, replacement, or exchange.
